Setting new standards in terms of economy and user friendliness the new mini-press 22v makes pressings in just 4s and can make 50% more pressings per battery charge than the original mini-press. Automatic circuit control (ACC) completes the sequence of pressing and releasing with just the pull of the trigger for additional security and with a weight of just 2.5kg (including tong and battery) this cordless radial press can be used anywhere including freehand, overhead and even in confined spaces.

Compatible with the complete range of mini pressing tongs up to 40mm for all common pressfitting systems. All Rems pressing tongs are forged and specially hardened with system specific contours to correspond to the respective system. The drive generates enormous thrust and pressing force thanks to the powerful electro-hydraulic drive and powerful 380w 21.6v DC motor and robust planetary gear with compact, high power hydraulic system.

The Li-ion battery system and charger system provide total discharge and overload protection with single cell and temperature monitoring plus graduated coloured LED lights to display the remaining charge.

Other features include an integrated LED light to illuminate the work area and swivelling pressing tong seat through 360° with automatic locking.
